So here is my 30 day challenge to all of you. Each day I want you to do something for yourself towards a working progress for a change you would like to see happen in your life. Set a goal you would like to have accomplished by the end of the 30 days. Along the way I want you to write down what you did and one reason each day why you are proud of yourself. That simple I want to hear your journey and your concerns. You can write me weekly or daily. I think daily is better. At the end of “the 30 day Challenge” I am going to pick two winners.
